With massive thanks to Robert, I’ve added a new feature: Linkyness. Yes, kids, now the Frequent Reads box (and soon, others) will show an updated count of the number of hyperlinks my listed sites contain.

Or it will break horribly, which is what it’s been doing for the last few hours.

*lol* Angelfire.com has the funniest 404 messages. Just pick a random URL that you know doesn’t exist, and keep hitting reload. They’re random.

And here I am, being the ultimate slacker, looking at 404 messages instead of studying for a fourier analysis test…

Mary sent me this. I’m terrified.

Unxmaal: Kevin, if I ever get brain damage, keep me alive as long as possible.

Unxmaal: Keep my ass hooked up to a damn deisel generator for as long as it takes.

Shadowstitch: I’ll make it a solar powered battery. If it’s not sunny enough during the day, you’ll die that night. Then I’ll give you a bible, and tell you to “Pray hard for jesus to bring sunshine”

Shadowstitch: … And I will laugh at you all day and night.

Oh, and for the three people on the planet that read this page and don’t read /usr/bin/girl/, shame on you! Now go watch this hilarious pixelated old-Atari-day video.

It was bound to happen: That shiny new PSX2 that Kevin got is going straight to eBay.

The DataHaven Project offers ultra-secure, ultra-anonymous shell accounts for $10 a month. In order to guarantee privacy, accounts can be paid via money order.

It’s not enough to have Star Trek movies, toothbrushes, underwear, scuba masks, and of course, marital aids; no, some people take fandom just a little too far: they create their own imaginary shows, complete with a starstudded cast.

This is just kinda …weird.. yet poignant in a geekish way: my site has been surveyed by Netcraft.

In the five years that I’ve had a computer, and worked in some relation to the IT industry, I’ve always kept an eye on the Netcraft surveys. Netcraft has always been there, like some mythical entity that I heard about, but never experienced. Today, though, I’m definitely a part of something. Sure, I’m one of over 21 million parts, but I’m still a part of Netcraft. Yeah, this means zilch to you, with your big site and a million visits a day, but to me, with my meager 80 visits a day, it’s bigtime.
